It could have been because of the timing of the year or lockdown but it was difficult to get a hold of Kevin and found myself constantly calling to hear call you back in 10 mins. First day also didn’t go to plan with an engineer arriving on site but no work done due to Kevin’s availability. Lastly, rubbish was left on site for 7 days, it was inconvenient but not a big issue. All fairly minor issues but too many of them for them to get a perfect score. I would still recommend

They had great… read more attention to detail not only during the installation process but spent time cleaning up after everything was done. Despite a few unexpected delays on the first day, the team did extra work on the last day and finished on time sticking to the original plan. What made them stand out was that not only did they make sure they did a good job with the installation but they really thought through the aesthetics of the set up. We’ve spent a good numbers weeks using the aircons and they’ve made massive difference to our lives! The units recommended and installed by Kevin’s team are of good quality and very easy to operate. I would not hesitate to enlist their help again if we look to have more air cons installed. I don’t think I would be able to find another team as enthusiastic and thorough as Kevin’s team. Really glad to have found them! : D
